Would DLNA support make DSub compatible with my Sonos speakers? That would be amazing.

I'm late to the party but I just got a nexus 4 and love the lockscreen widget. I thought I would have to install widgetlocker but no. Thanks!

IIRC, there is a subsonic app for the SONOS. That... and an audio input... so you could connect the computer running subsonic's speaker out, to the line in on your Sonos, and use jukebox mode.

I'm experiencing very slow loading of locally cached content.

I have a playlist that I download, or fully cache, to my phone and I usually use the Offline mode most of the time. when clicking on the playlist it used to populate in the GUI with a sec or two, now it take a full, and almost exact, 30 seconds. I really don't know what's changed and it mostly works well once loaded but the delay is extremely frustrating. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix?

I thought it might be a permission issue so I ran fix permissions on Clockwork Mod, which always seems to hang, not sure if their related but thought it was pertinent information.

I'm experiencing a bug in 3.7.5 where if you exit the app, it empties the current playlist so when you go back into the app, the playlist is now empty.

Yep I'm getting the same thing. Sorry about that I was trying to make the playlist saving be in the background, but apparently that doesn't work well for when exiting the app. I will fix it for the next release.

Just a followup about the lockscreen widget. On my gingerbread devices, I use widgetlocker and put the dsub widget on the lockscreen. In this scenario, you can press the widget (the album art for example) and it brings up dsub without having to unlock the device. I tried this with the widget on the jellybean lockscreen but nothing happens. Is this a jellybean security thing or could the lockscreen widget be altered to allow pulling up dsub without unlocking? Thanks.

I'm not sure what the root cause is but I'm guessing there is not much I can do on my end since the widget is already listening for clicks on it :?

Hey, I just realized the other day that I kind of just fell off on testing the Bluetooth AVRCP stuff for you. Sorry about that. I had some problems with my phone that required me to upgrade to the latest version of CyanogenMod (10.1). As of right now, that version of Cyanogen has lost all support for most Bluetooth protocols including AVRCP. I'm currently working with them to get support put back into the Mod (https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/browse/CYAN-20), but until that happens I won't be able to test for a while.

Again, sorry that I didn't reply sooner, and thanks for working with me so well and having such great response times to my questions! I really appreciate it.

As a side note, I was about to also post something asking if you could add the ability to move songs around once they are put into the play queue; then I realized that functionality was already built into DSub and it worked superbly! You're awesome, thanks for taking such great care of this app!

Ah ok that makes sense. I had been wondering where you went lol. Let me know whenever you get support back and we can get back to trying to get it working the way you want :D

Hi there,

Can someone please explain what the following improvements/fixes means?

Long press to start a movement. WHAT IS A MOVEMENT? AND LONG PRESS A SONG ON WHICH PAGE? I KNOW IT WILL NOT WORK ON THE "PLAYING" PAGE.
Press the arrow button to get the old context menu. WHAT ARROW BUTTON AND WHAT IS "OLD" CONTEXT MENU. I KNOW WHAT A CONTEXT MENU IS...
Don't jump back to the top of screen when removing songs/playlist. NOT SURE WHAT THIS MEANS....

The colors are only to differentiate; they are not links. and I did all caps to let you which were my comments/questions

Thank you

All of these apply to the current playlist screen, for manipulating items in the current playlist.

ok...maybe i get it, but it seems to be worded strangely...

BY movement, it means moving a song up or down?

the arrow button to the right of the song?

on a side note, it would be cool if when scrolling thru the "most/recently played/added" to be able to scroll more than it allows without having to press "more" every second....

cheers

I'm not really sure how to make it any more clear. I mean, before it would jump back to the top when you removed a song, and now it doesn't. I'm not sure what exactly is unclear about that. I said which tab it was in the log and a movement is a, well, a movement. You move the song. Like I said, not sure what exactly to say to make that any more clear :?

Before when you long pressed on the song a context menu would pop up. Now you need to click the arrow instead because long pressing the song starts a drag and drop action.

Edit: I updated it to be: Added Drag and Drop on Now Playing tab. Long press the song to be able to move it up or down. Press the arrow button to the right of the songs to get the old context menu.

Not sure if this has been requested before but how about this.

Different preload limits for wifi and for cellular?

i would like the preload limit to be unlimited while on Wifi but while on cellular to be 1 track (both selectable would be ideal). is this possible?

if its been requested before then im sorry my search fu on this site sucks!
