Internet TV RAdio in Playlist

Hi

Is it possible to add an internet stream url to an Playlist ?
I want to use at home IP WLAN Radios in some rooms. It would be necessary to add only ONE URl into the IP WLAN Radios for streaming the audio (I can not change it every time - that would be crazy)
So, I want to use the URL of my subsonic server and would change music and radio channels there.

Has anyone an idea how I can solve this ?
