Help with Podcast Receiver

My Podcast Receiver options such as Download Selected, Delete Selected, Check For New Episodes, Refresh Page, etc have completely disappeared. Not sure what to do

I am also having the same problem with my podcast receiver. After adding two podcasts, I went to delete an invalid URL and noticed that all of my options are gone. I no longer have the option to add or delete any podcasts. I have tried the obvious solutions: service subsonic restart along with rebooting my server. After logging back in the options are still not listed. I also tried logging in as the admin to verify there wasn't a permissions issue. I checked the log as well and I was not able to find any error being generated. I also spent some time searching for a resolution on the web but unfortunately that did not yield any results. I also tried a different browser: chrome, firefox and internet explorer all yield the same problem.

I am running:
Ubuntu 12.04
Version 4.9 (build 3853) – January 23, 2014
Server jetty-6.1.x, java 1.6.0_30, Linux (108.2 MB / 135.4 MB)
