Point your browser to the Subsonic web page (see URL below), and log in with username admin and password admin. Go to Settings > Users to change password and create new users.
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8929If you can't find a solution that works, the easiest thing to do is a COMPLETE uninstall being sure to delete any data directory, i.e. C\Subsonic in Windows platforms as well as using Programs and Features to uninstall the program. I'm not a Linux guy so don't ask me about that. Then redo a clean installation. If you have issues after that, then you probably need to do the same with Java followed by another attempt at a clean Subsonic install.
If that doesn't work, either you or your computer have some issues beyond the scope of a forum solution.
