AVSub 9.1 is out - SubSatellite support

Hi all,

AVSub 9.1 has hit the App Store. The only feature in this release is support for SubSatellite, a satellite receiver for SubSonic allowing multi-room audio.

V10 contains the much requested progress bar, including the ability to scrub through a track, with a few caching tricks to make it very responsive.
