Bookmarks drawer has "no data"

I cannot for the life of me seem to get bookmarks to work. I can create them manually, and see the little blue flash light up when stopping playback (presumably automatically creating one), but cannot resume them.

I turned on the Bookmark drawer, and when I go into it, it says "no data". When I restart an audiobook that I have previously manually bookmarked, I get no prompt to start from the bookmark, or any other indication of how I can resume from that bookmarked point. What am I missing?

Send me a log from the home tab after trying to load the bookmark tab. It's probably throwing a error

Posting resolution here in case others have same issue. Server was returning:

This is a server related error which I can do nothing about. If you look in the server logs there might be some pertinent information on what it is failing on.
