AVSub 14.1 is out

Hi all,

V14.1 of AVSub is out now and brings the following new features

- DSD support, including DSD over PCM
- Replay gain support
- Cache downloading now works fully in the background
- Ability to manually switch to the secondary server via settings
- Disc numbers are now recognised in normal folder mode
- Manually set the AVSub language via settings
- Display of bitrate information

The following fixes have been made too

- Fixed crashes while browsing media folders
- Fixed incorrect album art
- Fixed audio glitch when playing mixed frequency tracks over CCK
- Fixed crash when adding to the end of a Chromecast playlist
- Fixed issue with single track Chromecast playlist
- Fixed issue where only the first track of a playlist would scrobble to LFM
- Better error handling when deleting from cache
