Could not connect to dschultz2.subsonic.org. (ConnectTimeout

Hoping for Help,

I used Subsonic for a long time with no problems. After experiencing problems, I stopped using it for a while. Yesterday I uninstalled it from my Windows 10 computer and re-installed it and purchased another Premium license. I scanned the media I wanted fine. In the Network tab, I automatically configured the router and the message is "Successfully forwarding port 4040. However, when I tried to put in my old subsonic server address, dschultz2.subsonic.org to "Access your server over the internet" I get the message Could not connect to dschultz2.subsonic.org. (ConnectTimeoutException).

I did go into my Control Panel and checked the firewall and both the private and public boxes are checked and there is only one item that says Subsonic in there. When I tried entering "Douglas.subsonic.org" the message comes back, "The web address "douglas" is already in use. Please select another. "

I don't know what to do.

Trying to connect i get "dschultz2.subsonic.org http://98.7.126.8:4040 is not responding."
Setup your subsonic server to use "dschultz2.subsonic.org" again and make sure to set your router to forward port 4040 to your subsonic server.
Sometimes it takes some time for the adress to become active again.
