Virtualbox Interface causing issues

I have not quite pinned the issue down but I have subsonic (latest version) running on Windows 8.1. When I start Ubuntu in virtualbox and leave it on for a bit my subsonic will become unconnectable via wireless on my devices. The virtualbox interface is in bridged mode. I'm not sure if anyone has seen this but I can confirm that once I kill virtualbox and disable the interface, restart subsonic then it works fine. Very odd.
