Subsonic on Synology and Sonos

Hello! I just found Subsonic for Sonos, and I have a Synology NAS.

Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

Problem Description: I have installed Subsonic on the Synology server, and have the service on Sonos. I can't get Sonos to access or even recognize anything via Subsonic.

Troubleshooting Steps: I have done both automatic and manual port forwarding on my router. I have the Subsonic service on my Sonos.
Playback Application and version: Subsonic Sonos service.
Subsonic Version: 6.1.3 (build e408c9) – October 31, 2017
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.8.0_161, HSQLDB, Linux (124.5 MB / 284.5 MB)
Hardware Platform: Synology DS418. Linksys EA9500 router. AT&T Wi-Fi Gateway.
Java Memory Limit: (Windows: found in the Subsonic Agent in the taskbar)
Problem Filename: N/A
Output from ffmpeg -i: (I'm not sure how to do this on my NAS)
