I can't register my license key

Hi,

I had a subsonic premium subscription for one year, I had to extend and I just paid for that, I receive the email with License key, but I can't register my license key because I can't get to my subsonic's web interface. When I go to my url, I'm always redirected to:

What can I do? please help me. I love your product and I use it everyday, that's why I pay the license, because I want to support you and your project.
