Subsonic Premium key

New problem today - subsonic error due to “trial period” expiration. When I enter my email and code that I purchased several years ago the system appears to accept it but then the trial period error reappears. So, for me, Subsonic is not working at all. I upgraded to 6.1.4 but the problem remains the same. Any others having this problem?

Just curious - are the Premium lifetime subscriptions purchased a few years ago no longer valid?

Simple question - I’ve been using Subsonic for several years. I purchased a Premium lifetime key several years ago. Yesterday Subsonic stopped working on all of my devices - iPhone, iPad, Sonos. All give me an error indicating I need to upgrade to Premium because my trial period has expired. When I enter my Premium email and key into Subsonic it initially accepts the key. When I try to access Subsonic I get the error again that tells me to upgrade tp Premium. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO TO UPGRADE TP PREMIUM?

Hi, the old lifetime Premium licenses do not expire.
I'm still using the same license I bought in 2010.
So I think that there's an error in the data you're entering.
You always can ask Sindre to resend your license information, but that requires that you still use the same emailaddress.
But your key is just an MD5 hash of the email you used to register.
So you can check your key on this site: https://www.md5hashgenerator.com/
