Random Tab Empty/New Files Not Scanning

Problem Description: Subsonic does not appear to be scanning my folders in. The Library from the last successful scan is accessible but any new files are not showing up in "RECENTLY ADDED" and the "RANDOM" tab is empty.
Troubleshooting Steps: Powercycled the PC, upgraded to latest Subsonic version, deleted and re-added Subsonic Database, Checked Folders to ensure they are shared within Homegroup

Subsonic Version: 6.1.4 (build c43f63)

In this topic I found a solution that helped me:

• Goto http://yourserverurl/db.view
• Type in SHUTDOWN COMPACT
• Press ok

After this my library scanned completly again.
