Dynamic DNS Owning+Setting it with the Zones API + PowerDNS

To Subsonic,

You know the feature where people can set theredomain.subsonic.org; I have a way you can do that as A, AAAA, Records and just change it in your infrasture look at this: http://zones.vps-a.snails.email this is the Chronolabs Coop API for PowerDNS Which replaces bind, they document in the wiki how to install it on ubuntu and get it all up and running... but rather than your .htaccess, you will be able to write A, AAAA, Record with Dynamic DNS rather than .htaccess IP direction, and they will then own that record, also using their MyIP api http://myip.snails.email

[*] https://sourceforge.net/p/chronolabs-co ... ster/tree/
[*] https://sourceforge.net/p/chronolabs-co ... ster/tree/
[*] https://sourceforge.net/p/chronolabs-co ... wiki/Home/

Seeminly I like your product here is my supermaster list http://vpa-a.snails.email/pdns.sql

You can also let them so do there.domain.on.uk.subsonic.org and write it straight through too the API

You can off course I would recommend linode.com it an asian actual machine with heavy performance a $5 USD nanonode on there will run your own DNS subsonic; you just need to hardwire some routes I am sure your domain manager will be able to do that, I suggest you call it something different than ns1 - ns4, remember to put

$ sudo apt-get install ntp
$ sudo service start ntp

for ntpd and open port 123; you will need a fifth one you should have the remote subsonic have some sort of ntp.pooling divided across continent type like this document outlays:

[*] https://sourceforge.net/p/chronolabs-co ... ming-bell/
[*] https://sourceforge.net/projects/chrono ... ing-bells/

on the dns and periodically run the batch script

Well if you look at the MyIP it provides both IPv4 + IPv6 plus back traced and provides the IP Addy from the DNS Record Lookup, you will find all those Chronolabs Cooperative API's are without business logic, like with the Email all secure and so on but SASL_PASSWD examples on getting SMTP to send with postfix, but with the DNS what you do till the Name services on the WhoIS Change; it just downloads the total cname, A, AAAA, Records, you could even add an MX Record to them and yourself. on each subdomain for purchasing SSL Certificates...
