Deleting Playlists

How do you delete a playlist that has been established in Subsonic? I've tried everything I can think of and nothing works.

Select the playlist so it displays and then at the top of the display there is an option to delete, the line of options starts with Play | Download | Share | Edit | Delete | Export

Clicking the 'delete' button doesn't work for me either. The playlists will disappear for a day or two, and then they will magically reappear as if they were never deleted in the first place. Has anyone else had this problem, or is there any way to just manually delete the playlist file from the drive?

On the Settings page, select General tab and there is an Import Play-list folder defined, maybe you have a copy of the play list still in there ?
I actually keep a copy of all the play lists (export) in that folder so that I can manually modify them and also should I actually delete them by any method they return the next night automagically
