Bug report - bold items in comments

Try this:

__Bold Artist__, __Bold Second Artist__, __Bold Third Artist__

the middle one ignores the bold markup.

now try this

__Bold Artist__, AND __Bold Second Artist__, AND __Bold Third Artist__

bold markup works fine.

Doesn't seem to like a comma seperated lists with bolded itmes without intervening non-bolded text for some reason.
