HTTPS on Ubuntu

Postby Entropy1024 » Tue Feb 09, 2021 10:42 am

I'm trying to set up SubSonic to run using https.
I'm running the server on Ubuntu Linux and it works fine on http via port 4040. This port is being forwarded by my NAT router.
I have added the following line to the /etc/default/subsonic file:
SUBSONIC_ARGS="--max-memory=150m --https-port=4443"
Then set port forwarding for port 4443 to my server. However I cant get it to connect, it just times out.
What an I doing wrong?
