Cyrillic characters

The problem with downloading and uploading a file, or album containing Cyrillic. During playback, the display of tags no such problems.

I am not too sure this is a subsonic issue. I think the browser or the OS may be the one that is screwing up the filename. I noticed the same thing with Japanese files, but in the log it seems to have the right filename with the "DownloadController, starting to download .... ". Perhaps the browser is choking because the filename contains unicode and it isn't expecting it.

I use Windows 7 32-bit, Subsonic standalone 4.0 (build 1520).
Prior to that, use Windows XP and subsonic since version 3.8 all the same problems.

I think problem in subsonic, when I try to download (in the name of the archive zip file, is replaced by national symols the symbol "_")

In subsonic tageditor all ok(filenames and tags).
