Do I Have To Be On My Server Computer To Log In?

I'm trying to access my subsonic server -- which is on my home computer -- from work.

I'm trying to log in, but I've forgotten my username and login, lol.

In the eventuality I retrieve it, can I log in using my work computer and access it from home?

And how do you retrieve your username and password?
