I have set port 70
I tried to connect to web, example:
http://xx.x.xxx.xxx:70/index.view
says: Error loading page
I have a router

Verify firstly that subsonic is running ok by accessing it from the server itself ( http://localhost:70/subsonic )
If that works it's two major things to remember: Firewall and port-forwarding. Open up any firewall blocking port 70 and make sure it's forwarded to the subsonic server from your router.

That should do the trick, and you should be able to access it on http://<your-public-ip>:70/subsonic ( or just index.view if you have removed the subsonic-part in the config )

I have solved:
wrt54gl linksys dd-wrt
in port forwarding you add the ip address and port network card
