admin privileges removed. How do I restore admin account?

Hello,

I have an weird issue to report. I had only one user account which was default "admin" account. I only changed password and it worked fine for day, but this morning I noticed 'Settings' link was missing on the web page. I wanted to access settings to change player settings. I did find in description settings>general link and I clicked that and it tells me that I don't have admin privileges. Please help this the only admin user on subsonic and I don't know how this is possible. How do I revert admin privileges back? is something corrupted in database? Please note I did not create any other users beside default 'admin'. I did change the password of the admin user after subsonic was installed.

My configuration:
diet pi
subsonic 6.1.1

I have root access to the machine so I can provide all the information needed to help you troubleshoot.

UPDATE: I found this thread complaining about similar issue, but I don't want to reinstall subsonic as I am afraid this may happen in future. see viewtopic.php?t=17325
