"Settings" tab gone in 3.7

Hello-
I seem to have lost the "Settings" tab since upgrading to 3.7.
I have no way to view or change users now.
I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the software.
Anyone have any ideas?

Same here, it's no where to be found for the Admin user account, but it's available for other accounts...


It disappeared today.. I've been using 3.7 for about 14 days without problems.. But today it crashed, I had to restart tomcat, when I got it running again, the Settings tab was gone...

Only difference is that I installed Photoshop today.
