Can't connect through mobile phone

So I've setup subsonic in windows 7 x86-64. It works fine in a browser from multiple computers, even ones outside my local network. I'm on a college campus and I don't have a router.

However, I can not connect to my server from my mobile phone. I'm using the subsonic android app and it always gives a network error. Trying to access it from the browser in my phone gives a 'page not found error'. It was previously working, about a month ago. I have donated so I've tried http://<name>.subsonic.org, http://<ip-address>:<port>, and a dyndns address. All fail. The demo server works.

Any help getting this working, even a finger pointing in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

When you say "outside your local network". Are you still using the campus's network? If so it maybe that it is possible to access your server because your campus network is setup in such a way that your computer is accessible. But out of your campus the firewall & router of your campus's network may not be set to allow you through.

I may be wrong though.

My brother was able to login from about 10 states away. Addtionally it doesn't even work when my phone is using the campus wifi. My laptop can access subsonic fine over the exact same wifi access point.
