Subsoniq Radio Podcast error

I am getting an error:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to create directory E:\Music\podcast\SubsoniqRadio.com | The...

Which I believe is due to the "|" character. This looks similar to another post that required a developer fix for a ":" character.

http://forum.subsonic.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=899.

Any ideas?

I am using Win7 Professional and Subsonic version 4.1 (build 1802)

The podcast link is:

http://subsoniqradio.com/feed/

No suggestions or solutions for this?

I'm having precisely the same problem with WFMU podcasts later than April 28, 2010. Prior to that, they were working just fine. Here are two examples that return "Failed to create directory"

http://wfmu.org/podcast/AO.xml
http://wfmu.org/podcast/FJ.xml

I see Sindre's message way back in Subsonic version 3.2.1 saying illegal characters would be trapped. So if not that, something else must be the culprit?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Having the same problem, which I also attribute to the pipe character:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to create directory F:\Podcasts\Langsam gesprochene Nachrichten | Deutsch lernen | Deutsche Welle

Any news? Perhaps a way to provide a substitute podcast name without invalid characters?
