1. I wouldn't care to much about those 3 files. It's just a warning and doesn't hurt anything else.

2. The index file contains one line per file, and is normally ordered the same way as the files on your disk. So if the last lines in the file correspond to the last files on your disk, then everything has been scanned.

I've also discovered another issue. I opened a playlist and found that (1) of the tracks showed 0:00 for length and only played for a fraction of a second. I went to the album that those tracks were on within Subsonic and all the tracks on that album were 0:00. I opened the same album in Mediamonkey and all the songs play and the tag info is correct with correct lengths.

I did, however, notice some "crackling" while playing the song. Is there a way to find all the songs within Subsonic that are 0:00 in length so that I can figure this out (possibly replace these files if there are not too many)?

Sorry to jump onto a new issue, maybe we should handle one at a time.
Thanks

Quote"2. The index file contains one line per file, and is normally ordered the same way as the files on your disk. So if the last lines in the file correspond to the last files on your disk, then everything has been scanned."

The problem with that is I have my collection within "Genre" folders and added folders alphabetically by Genre, so this is harder than simply looking at the end. Maybe I can look at the last files within each folder, then search through the index file to see if they are present.

I don't mean to be crazy about only 1,500 files out of 170,000, but if those particular files are ones that I value, then it just would be a problem. Plus, its good to get evrything figured out so that I and others do not experience issues. - THANKS FOR A GREAT PROGRAM-

I really appreciate all your help!

I looked at the last Artist and their last album and last track within each genre and they are present within the index file, I guess this means that everything is there?

I just wonder why it does not match up.

Anyway, any idea on the tracks with 0:00 lenght?
Thanks
