cover art and SB touch

i just bought a vortexbox appliance that has subsonic built into it. i am really liking it, but have a minor problem. on a few of my albums, the cover art shows fine in subsonic but does not show up in squeezebox? is there a way to fix this? could i add a cover.jpg or folder.jpg (both?) into the folder to fix it? would that interfere with the existing cover art in subsonic? thanx!
