If you're running Windows: make sure Subsonic is properly setup to be allowed through Windows Firewall. On Windows 7 goto Control Panel > System and Security > Allow a program through Windows Firewall, and then check both boxes next to Subsonic Agent and Subsonic Service.

please give more details about your installation. What operating system, subsonic version, etc. and we will do our best to assist you.

Greetings,

I'm having this same problem. However, I got the program to work for about 1 minute on my Android device. I'm on Win 7-64 bit and have download and installed the most current versions of your app on Android and in Windows. I set up port forwarding for a 2WIRE 2701hg-b. Again, it worked for about a minute and now it tells me that the socket is not connected. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!
