cannot access over 3g

had an unused port forward in my router that had 80 set but not active

hello,
i cannot access my music over 3g. it's been a while since i tried to use it but when i first set it up, it was connecting fine over 3g so i know my port forwarding is correct. now it gives me the error "connection failure.socket is not connected".
it also tells me in the settings that my server is registered but cannot connect to it (connect timeout exception)


it connects via wifi just fine.

what can i do to resolve this.
windows vista, subsonic 4.0.1, htc EVO 4g., linksys router port 80 forwarded to my static 192.168.xxxxx ip address
