Jukebox setup

I've been searching and scouring for the past 40 minutes and I just can't find an answer, so maybe someone here can point me in the right direction.

How do you set up jukebox mode?

Here's the situation: We have a system that's hooked up to speakers, and I want multiple people to be able to queue up songs for playback on that system via web browsers on their own machines. How do I set up players and accounts to accomplish this?
