Subsonic on WinXP does not list playlists at all

Hi,

I'm running subsonic on a WinXP box. Fairly standard setup, all music in d:/my music, all playlists in d:/my music/playlists. Subsonic is configured to point there for playlists.

Playlists are m3u format created in WinAmp.

I've read a lot about whether Subsonic will play songs in a playlist depending on whether the paths are absolute or relative, understand that, but my issue is that if I open the Playlists folder in Subsonic I don't even SEE the playlists. No list at all.

Everything else works fine (although I have issues with the fact that I can't configure Subsonic to use a specific sound card for audio output on the server in Jukebox mode, but that's a different issue....)

What am I doing wrong?
