Android App - refresh music list?

Is there a way to refresh the main list of all music in the android app short of disconnecting and reconnecting from the server or killing and restarting the app?

If not this would be a very useful feature... my phone is set up to control downloads on my mac at home and the downloads folder is one of my music folders in the subsonic server, so when new stuff finishes I'd like to be able to refresh the list and see the new items I downloaded without having to disconnect and reconnect from the server.

As far as I know, this isn't even possible on the web interface. Whenever I add a new folder in the music root directory, it doesn't show up until I log out and back in.

Did you ever figure out a fix for this?

When I select 'Offline' and then re-select my server it still won't update my music list...

I don't wanna have to download a task killer app just for this.

So far the only for sure way I've figured out to do this is to use the task killer on my phone to kill subsonic and then restart it. Even using the newly added quit button in the app doesn't cut it.
