Cover art for playlist not showing

I have a playlist of probably 300 or 400 songs. All the songs are in one directory. All songs have embedded cover art. When playing the playlist only the cover art for the last song on the playlist shows. I used Mediamonkey to put the cover art in the songs and when I play the songs in windows media player the cover art shows for each song. There is no folder.jpg file in the directory either. What gives? I am using the android app.

I sometimes experience a similar issue on the iSub application. I think it has something to do with the way the application is fetching the album art. It only happens to me on iSub when I try to manually switch the songs. If I do it "wrong", the cover art doesn't seem to refresh when I get to the new song.

I think this is something that will have to be fixed in a later update, and I don't think the fact that you have embedded album art covers is an issue.

Just for kicks though, can you check an excerpt from your Subsonic log when it happens and see if it says anything about failing to generate an album cover? That error could possibly indicate an embedded cover art related issue, although I doubt that's what the problem is in this case.
