Log in problem

I have set up logins for about 6 of my buddies. So far everything has worked fine except for one friend.

I can't log into his server with the username and password he set up for me and vise-versa.

I CAN log into his server with the Admin account. I checked the settings and they look good. I also logged in to my server with HIS credentials that I made for him.

Any idea what the issue could be?

I assume you've tried the obvious stuff...?

The only thing that comes to mind is that you're typing the password wrong. Have you tried resetting the password to something dead simple like 12345 and seeing if it works correctly?

Do the username or password contain any unusual characters that might throw off the login system?

I've never had any problems with the Subsonic login system working as expected.
