Postby goode » Tue Oct 05, 2010 5:42 pm

i followed the tutorial in the tutorial board/section but to no avail.

got everything installed openSSL & tomcat. Moved the .war file to the webapps. Uncommented the server.xml as well as added the two additional lines. Not to mention also editing web.xml as well to autodirect http to https

i open my browser type in https://localhost nothing. https://localhost:8443 nothing. https://localhost:8443/subsonic NOTHING

please help

what am i missing here? i know it has to be something simple like it always is :(

does apache have to be installed with this as well?

and i remember talking so much junk about and thinking that linux was so hard..... doze is getting on my nerves right about now

now, what i wouldnt give for me to be able to sudo apt-install (lol)

I wrote a how-to on this. Let me know if this helps.

Make sure that you renamed your .war file to subsonic and reboot the tomcat service. If you already have then try going to http://127.0.0.1:8080/subsonic from what ever computer is running tomcat.
