Android Client Album art issue

Using a Motorola Droid.

Notice how the album art always appears with a portion of the sides clipped off when holding the phone vertically.







I'd like the entire image to be viewable, even if it means the images will look somewhat out of proportion.

Is there a way to compact the image horizontally so it appears properly on the screen?

I just checked on my Sprint EVO.

It does not have the same problem.

Reading the forums, it seems that the Droids might have some issues with SS. I've seen reports of skipping during playback and tracks looping. So far I haven't seen any suggestions as to why it doesn't seem to play nice.
