mobile phone streaming (specifically non-iPhone or Android)

I'm having issues streaming music to my mobile phones, after searching and reading there don't appear to be definitive instructions/solutions for non-iPhone/Android users. I have a Blackberry Bold 9000 and Nokia e63. The Bold uses the ATT network for data and the Nokia accesses my LAN at home via the built-in wifi. I'm using the default browser for each and haven't tried any other browsers yet.

When I go to http://<myhostname>/wap each phone connects to the very minimalistic WAP interface without any troubles. The search works, although not well compared to the desktop interface, but results do come back fortunately. From there I'm able to add a song to a playlist, but am unsuccessful getting the media to play.

On the Blackberry there is a link to 'play on phone' that I click, I am then prompted to open, save, or cancel. When choosing open, the BB player loads and is "buffering..." for awhile (30-45 seconds maybe?) and then buffering changes to 'error playing.' I can grab the exact error message if needed but it's only there for a moment and goes away. For kicks I tried the second option, save, and the same error occurrs.

On the Nokia the steps are essentially the same, with an ending error of 'file is corrupted, operation canceled' occurring when I try the play on phone option. The Symbian media player does not load in this case though.

Are there any Blackberry or Symbian OS users who can share their experiences (and/or failures) streaming music via Subsonic?

It's a no go on my Symbian Nokia. Tried with the built in browser and Opera.
An app would be awesome but I usually have a computer with me so it's not really an issue for me.
