Refresh frame after saving to playlist

When i add songs to my current playlist and submit it refresh the whole site and the music stops. any idea to just refresh the mainframe or something?

Just click on 'Home' or 'Play' icon from top menu.

Firefox: move pointer to frame, right click, 'This Frame' / 'Reload Frame'

Well that was not exactly what i mean, lets say that i have a playlist loaded with 100 songs and i find a new song that i want to add i just mark the box right to this song and then i choose "Add to playlist" and efter that i click something like "add to this playlist" and when i do that it refreshes the whole page instead of refreshin the mainframe.
