Jukebox problems playing WAV streams

I am using ffmpeg to transcode .flac files to wav streams for the jukebox player. The rule I am currently using is: ffmpeg -i %s -f wav -

Every so often, playback will just stop. The web page shows that it is still playing: The stop/start button is "Stop", the last track playing has the speaker icon next to it, but nothing is playing. I even went into the rest interface directly and the jukeboxControl get command returned a status playing. However, the ffmpeg process was no longer running.

The subsonic.log file at that time shows:
