4.2 - Track titles with double quotes not working

I'm running Subsonic 4.2 and although none of my files have double quotes in the filenames (Windows 7 limitation) I do have track titles with double quotes in them. None of these tracks appear to play in Subsonic 4.2, regardless of the file type. I'm using ffmpeg for all transcoding. Any thoughts?

I also experience this problem. Playback stops when quotes (also apostrophes) appear in track or album title. I host Subsonic in Windows (version 4.3).

I checked subsonic.log and finds rows like these (in relation to tracks that refuse to play):
DEBUG InputStreamReaderThread - (c:\subsonic\transcode\lame) c:\subsonic\transcode\lame: excess arg Rock

Maybe quotes and apostrophes and other "reserved" characters need to be escaped when used as arguments to lame.exe?
