Option for backing up/restoring settings?

How about an option in the admin account that allows to backup and restore your setup.

+1 for this, I already had a corrupt setup and had to redo all my user accounts, was a major pain getting everyone their info etc.

I would favor this as well.

If it could be designed so that the backups were able to be stored *both on-server and off-server (export and download), and then be able to restore settings from both on-server and off-server exports, that would be an amazing feature indeed.

+++1, I am sure this can be done manually, but an automated process would be a lifesaver.

some sort of "save settings/playlists to/as (config) file" type of option, when logged in as admin.

I vote for this too.

This could be really fancy feature like I'm soon facing the matter of changing the Subsonic to the linux platform from the Windows.
This feature should also carry on the "license information" as I've donated and if I change the setup on the other machine, this license may be lost.

This would be a useful option as my DB sometimes becomes corrupt.
