Search results always include double entries since 4.2

I am using a very huge database (162.000 Songs) on linux, with the latest release on subsonic, and since this release (with the changed searching) I always get double search results in the song list. This was not the case until this release. So my question: is there any way to get rid of thiese doubled results?

Remark: The subsonic is a great softwar, very stable and very quick.
