Export data (settings, users) ?

Hello !
I will change my personal home server, and i would like export data (settings, users) of my actuel server, to import it in my new server.
How i can do that ?

Just copy the SS directory to the new server.

I'm not sure if this work on Windows!

Go to old server. Change IP to 0.0.0.0 and stop server. Stop new server. Copy from old server directory "db", "transcode", music folder, playlists folder, podcasts folder and file "subsonic.properties" to same place on new server. Start new server and login as admin with an old password (use IP address from new PC or localhost to login). Check settings.
