Android App Issues

I love this program and it's working fine from my desktop. However, when I try to use the app through my phone I've been having issues. It downloads the playlists and music library, but when it comes to playing the song it gets stuck at o kb. Occasionally it will kick on and start playing, but it mostly just sticks there. This happens on my LAN and the WAN. I've changed the port on the firewall and the firewall appears to be configured correctly according to he web interface. The phone is able to download from the internet fine.

I have a 3G HTC Droid Incredible. Any help would be appreciated! I also just upgraded my firewall firmware. Thanks!

UPDATE: I checked the server and it's maxed out. Seems to work okay to stream with the web app but not the android app. I'm using an old server to stream - P4 2.79 with 1 gig a memory. What are the system requirements?

It isn't so much system requirements that slow things down, as upload speed. How fast are you sending data out is the issue. You need to figure out if the server and your upload speed can send data to the phone faster than the phone is playing it back.

Does your phone work OK on the demo server? If so, your issue is most likely your upload speed.
