Android: video folder empty

Postby jasonjrm » Fri Jan 07, 2011 8:58 pm

I downloaded 4.3 beta 1 and updated the 4.2. I added a folder for the videos and added a bunch of .mp4 videos and one .avi. These show and play fine on the web player, but when trying to browse that folder in the android app, the folder shows empty, also no errors in the log.

I thought the last android release supports video, If anybody could help thanks.

I am experiencing the same issue. I am using a Moto Droid with the latest Subsonic application downloaded from the marketplace. I also have the latest Subsonic server installed in Win7 64-bit. I created a new folder in the Subsonic settings which contains a few AVI files. They are listed and play well in any browser, however they are not listed in the app on my phone.

Edit: I read stueyboy's post on this thread(3rd one down) and now I can see videos in the sub-directory! Not sure if this is by design or an edge case you weren't aware of, but now you're extra aware of it. Thanks for the great software!
