Why have we been barred from remote access?

Postby lobogrowl » Fri Feb 04, 2011 5:37 pm

Hello. I am writing on behalf of the Lobo Growl Webstream Association. We are unable to access Subsonic remotely through our address lobogrowl.subsonic.org. We made a donation 2 weeks ago and have documentation to prove it. We were then allowed access for a week. Now we are not. What gives?

Looks like you need to enter the registration code into your Subsonic Server that you were sent after the donation.

If you did not receive a registration code or cannot find it, you can contact Sindre directly at sindre@activeobjects.no and he can provide it for you.

This can often be the result of not using a fixed internal ip address for the server.

It appears to be working fine...I'd recommend changing the default port 80 to something different, though. :)
