subsonic on linux server edition?

subsonic on linux server edition?

Hello everyone

I recently got subsonic and so far i am loving it

however now i want to move subsonic from my desktop to my server.
it is ubuntu 10.10 server edition

is there a way to install subsonic on this version of ubuntu??

Follow the debian/ubuntu installation guide on the download page.Its straight forward and has worked for me.

And there are quite a few of us linux users on this forum so help is just a post away!

I am using the tomcat6 + War files.. Never tried the standalone since this set up has worked for me since day one. Couple hiccups here and there, but all in all, very stable setup.

Yeah its installed now but the ports are conflicting with my Apache server :-\
