Auto clear playlist

I really can't say enough good things about Subsonic. I stumbled upon it accidentally and never even knew exactly how much I needed it. No more transferring music from home or putting it on a USB key drive. Everything, all in one place, and easy to play.

Basically, I connect mplayer to the ICY/Shout stream of a player and let it ride. I then add and arrange items to the playlist via the web interface. I like mplayer, I have this strange addiction to console based programs.

Is there a way to "auto-clear" items off the playlist after they has played? I manually do it now at random, just so I can see what I have queued up next. I searched the forums and went through all the config options and I didn't find anything...

To my knowledge, there's no way to do this. Maybe it's something that's easily added though. You could post in the Feature Requests forum.
