Can't Change Custom Avatar

So a while back I uploaded a custom avatar, but now I want to change it. I upload a new one and the old one is still there. I can't figure out how to make the old one go away so I can upload the new one. I searched the forums for 'avatar' but didn't get very far. Any help would be awesome.

So I fixed it by dicking around with the page a bunch and refreshing it several times until it finally just started showing up lol. Not exactly sure what did it, but I think it might have been a frame refresh after uploading the new icon to make it show on the page, THEN applying it by saving.

I was having the same issue.

I had to right click in the frame and refresh that frame. When I refreshed the page it would not change, only when I refreshed that frame.
