android app: offline sort is case sensitive

Hi!

When I browse the "offline" server on the android app, the sorting is case sensitive. It should probably be changed to be case insensitive.

Hi, just bumping this up again, since an update came out, but it wasn't addressed. This is actually pretty crucial -- very annoying to have to scroll down for lower case!
