Select only one filetype for presentation/transcode

I'd love to request the ability to set a default filetype that I always want to have displayed or transcoded. Right now I have two copies of every music track on my media server - one in WMA Lossless, one in FLAC. (This is required to stream losslessly to different devices within the house.)

The problem is when I'm trying to listen via the Subsonic web page and add an album. I see every track listed twice. So I'd like to be able to tell Subsonic to simply use *.FLAC for all presentation.
